Masters Series Executive Development Program - On Hold
The Masters Series has been a valued leadership development program at Georgia Tech since its inception in 2004. The program has been well executed and well received.
In consideration of the Georgia Tech Strategic Plan, executive leadership has been working closely to develop ideas for evolving the Masters Series to reflect Georgia Tech’s current vision and strategy. Since the current program has been in existence for several years, this is a prudent and appropriate time to reassess our leadership needs and ways the program can help us satisfy them.
This fall, instead of beginning a new Master Series program, we will use our resources to strengthen and further evolve the Institute’s professional development function. Human Resources will work with Institute executives, senior managers, past program participants, and other campus departments to evaluate and define current needs and the best ways to grow for the future. Human Resources will keep the Georgia Tech community informed as we go about emerging new programs.
