Program Structure
The Masters Series 9-month program includes a variety of developmental
methods for participants. Program participants will learn
about Institute business and gain leadership competencies
through traditional learning methods and practical experiences.
Program Curriculum
- Masters Series Institutes
One to two-day Institutes will allow participants to gain knowledge in the areas of project management, leading teams, and the art of presenting. - Roundtable Discussions with Senior Executives
Participants will gain exposure to academic, research, and business enterprises through campus tours and facilitated discussions with senior management. - Institute Project Development and Execution
Masters Series participants will gain practical experience by working on an Institute project as a team with other program participants. Participants will present their suggestions to senior management at the end of the program year. - Individual Career Plan
Program participants will develop individual career plans by completing career/leadership assessment, setting goals, and charting their career path. - Coaching
Ongoing coaching from experienced external coaches will be provided to all Master Series participants.
