Applicant Criteria
If you are a consistently high performing Georgia Tech employee
who is seeking to further develop your skills and knowledge
in higher education management, then the Masters Series is
for you. The following are additional criteria for potential
program participants:
- Employees within paygrades 115-119
- Have acquired a minimum of three years of service at Georgia Tech
- Have obtained an associates or bachelor’s degree
- Have performed positively during the last two years of employment
- Have demonstrated leadership ability, accountability, and teamwork
